Just Comfy Returns Policy

Just Comfy is dedicated to providing our clients with as fluent and easy an experience as possible, and this includes our refunds policy, should you ever receive an item that you are not completely satisfied with. So, here are some of the issues you may want to know about.

Eligibility – Returned items must be unused, with all tags and labels intact and in their original packaging. You have 14 days from receiving your item to return it, should there be a need.

Refunds – If you require a refund, the amount will be returned via the payment method you used in purchasing the item. So, if you used your debit card for payment, your refund will be sent to this account.

Refund Timing – We will process any refund due to you as quickly as possible, subject to the necessary checking processes. The quicker you return an item to us, the faster you will receive your refund.

Exchanges – We don’t offer exchanges as such at this time, but if you wish to exchange an item, just return it to us, request a refund and then purchase the replacement item of your choice. These transactions will be treated as separate, so you may order your replacement item before you have received your refund on the original purchase, should you wish to do so.
